ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (October 19, 2018) — After missing the 2018 USL Cup Playoffs, the Tampa Bay Rowdies have already begun reshaping the playing squad for the 2019 season.
Rowdies Head Coach Neill Collins has met with every member of the 2018 roster to review contract options and statuses, with 10 players now set to depart as free agents.
The following 10 players are out of contract and are free to sign elsewhere:
Goalkeepers Akira Fitzgerald and Cody Mizell; Defenders Kyle Porter and Zac Portillos; Midfielders Lance Rozeboom, Martin Vingaard, Michael Nanchoff, Alex Morrell and Junior Flemmings; Forward Jaime Chavez.
Additional departures could be confirmed at a later date.
