The Tampa Bay Rowdies will be celebrating their 2012 NASL Soccer Bowl Championship this upcoming weekend with events on both Friday, November 2 and Sunday, November 4.
The festivities will begin with First Friday in downtown St. Petersburg as the Rowdies take the stage at the monthly block party that forms on Central Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Street South. 2012 Rowdies players and coaching staff will be presenting the NASL Soccer Bowl Trophy from 8:30-9:00 p.m on the main First Friday stage. After the presentation, the Rowdies will have a booth located on Central Avenue where fans will have an opportunity to take pictures with the NASL Soccer Bowl Trophy.
The second event will be Trophy Day on Sunday, November 4 at Al Lang Stadium in downtown St. Petersburg from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., which will be combined with the Select-A-Seat event. This is an opportunity for all fans to meet Rowdies players and take pictures on the field with the NASL Soccer Bowl Trophy, all while seeing the new 2013 Al Lang Stadium field configuration and securing 2013 season tickets. There will be interactive activities for fans of all ages on the field as well as autograph opportunities.
