Aaron Guillen signed with the Tampa Bay Rowdies ahead of the 2020 season.
In 2020, Guillen was one of just two Rowdies players to play every minute of action. He and the rest of the back line accounted for 8 clean sheets, making the Rowdies one of the most formidable defenses in the league.
Prior to joining the Rowdies, Guillen spent two seasons with North Carolina FC, making 58 appearances and playing more than 5,000 minutes.
Although born in Mexico, Guillen has Florida ties after a stellar four-year college career at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers from 2012-2015. After college he signed a homegrown deal in MLS with FC Dallas.
