Hilton is the longest tenured Rowdies player on the 2026 squad. He returns to the Rowdies for a 7th season and his 11th season overall in the USL Championship. Since arriving in 2020, Hilton has played a key role in establishing the Rowdies as a perennial title contender. Hilton helped lead the Rowdies to Eastern Conference titles in 2020 and 2021, and a USL Championship Players’ Shield in 2021. Hilton has also recorded over 250 regular season appearances during his USL Championship career.
The Englishman spent time at the academies of Plyouth Argyle and Exeter City before he moved to the United States to play soccer at Young Harris College, where he was teammates with Rowdies Midfielder Marco Micaletto. During college, Hilton was twice named a NSCAA All-American, and in 2015 also earned Division II Conference Commissioners Association Men’s Soccer All-American honors. He also furthered his development during his college years while playing for the Ocala Stampeded.
Hilton began his profesionnal career in 2016 with the Charlotte Independece. After two seasons in Charlotte, Hilton moved to Saint Louis FC for another two-season stint.
