NEW YORK (January 30, 2017) — As a Tampa Bay Rowdies delegation led by Rowdies Chairman & CEO Bill Edwards delivered Tampa Bay’s official Major League Soccer expansion application Monday morning, social media was abuzz with excitement. The Rowdies delegation delivered application materials directly to MLS headquarters in New York City. Along with Edwards, the delegation included members of Ralph’s Mob and Cole Eicher and family.
