Dolabella joined the Rowdies after spending the 2025 season with North Carolina. The move reunites Dolabella with Rowdies Head Coach Dominic Casciato. Together, they helped Union Omaha captured back-to-back USL League One Players’ Shields and won the 2024 USL League One Final, with Dolabella notching 22 goals and 9 assists across the two seasons. In 2024, Dolabella was named a finalist for the USL League One Player of the Year and earned a spot on the All-League First Team.
Dolabella moved up to the USL Championship to join North Carolina FC in 2015, recording seven goals and three assists in 28 appearances.
Dolabella spent time with the Sao Paulo academy before moving to the United States to played at Marshall University. He helped lead the program to its first NCAA College Cup title in 2020 alongside Rowdies teammates Nate Dossantos and Max Schneider. In 2022, he signed his first pro contract with Rochester City FC, where he nabbed five goals and five assists to earn a spot on the MLS Next Pro Best XI.
