Sebastian Dalgaard joined the Rowdies as a trialist in preseason before the start of the 2020 campaign. He impressed enough to earn a full-time contract.
In 2020, Dalgaard became a regular for the Rowdies in midfield, playing 17 matches and recording 2 assists.
