This weekend, the Rowdies make their first of two trips to Canada this month, visiting Ottawa for a Saturday afternoon matinee. Tampa Bay visits Toronto FC II on May 19. The Rowdies beat Ottawa 1-0 in their third match of the season, with forward Georgi Hristov scoring the only goal of the game in the 47th minute.

Ottawa had a midweek match this week, defeating the NASL’s FC Edmonton 1-0 in the first leg of their Canadian Championship series. The Fury FC sit near the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings, but have played fewer games than most teams.

Charleston leads the Eastern Conference and doesn’t look too likely to drop points this weekend against Bethlehem, though it was held to a 2-2 draw at home by Ottawa last weekend.

Bethlehem sits two points outside the current playoff field, sitting in 11th place in the Eastern Conference. The Steel beat FC Cincinnati 1-0 at home last weekend, but faces a tough test in South Carolina.

Richmond Kickers vs. FC Cincinnati
Saturday, May 6, 7 p.m. | WATCH HERE

Richmond was beaten 1-0 by the Rowdies last weekend, but now returns home to host Cincinnati. The Kickers need their offense to start to click, as they’ve scored just three goals in six matches so far this year.

FC Cincinnati was handed its third loss of the season last weekend in Bethlehem and enters this weekend in eighth place in the Eastern Conference. Two Cincinnati forwards, Djiby Fall and Andy Craven, are both suspended for the remainder of May.
