Tampa Bay Rowdies 1 - 0 Ottawa Fury FC
Al Lang Stadium, St. Petersburg, Fla.
The Rowdies' Georgi Hristov scored in the 47th minute, his third goal in three games, glancing a header past Ottawa goalkeeper Callum Irving on a deflected cross from Luke Boden. Tampa Bay's third-straight clean sheet matches a club record set in July of 2012.
Richmond Kickers 0 - 1 Louisville City FC
City Stadium, Richmond, Virginia
Louisville City FC picked up a big road win in Richmond to move into second place in the Eastern Conference ahead of this weekend's showdown against the Rowdies. George Davis IV scored the only goal of the match in the 81st minute from the penalty spot.
Charleston Battery 1 - 2 Pittsburgh Riverhounds
MUSC Health Stadium, Charleston, South Carolina
A stoppage time winner scored by Pittsburgh's Corey Hertzog knocked the Battery from the ranks of the unbeaten in dramatic fashion. Charleston scored inside 10 minutes, Pittsburgh equalized just before the hour mark and Hertzog scored the late winner.
