ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (May 13, 2017) — The Tampa Bay Rowdies knocked Louisville City FC from the ranks of the unbeaten Saturday night with an impressive 2-0 win at Al Lang Stadium. Georgi Hristov and Deshorn Brown had the goals as Tampa Bay picked up three points to stay within touching distance of the Charleston Battery at the top of the Eastern Conference.

Tampa Bay Rowdies 2 – 0 Louisville City FC
Al Lang Stadium, St. Petersburg, Fla.

Georgi Hristov came off the bench and inspired the Rowdies to another home victory, their fifth in six matches to start the year. Deshorn Brown scored the Rowdies’ other goal on a marvelous assist from Joe Cole.

FC Cincinnati 0 – 2 Orlando City B
Nippert Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio

FC Cincinnati was beaten at home this weekend by Orlando City B, knocking Alan Koch’s side out of the current playoff field. Pierre Da Silva and Richie Laryea scored Orlando’s goals as the Lions climbed into the top half of the Eastern Conference.

Charleston Battery 1 – 0 Saint Louis FC
MUSC Health Stadium, Charleston, S.C.

Charleston remained in first place in the Eastern Conference with another home win, using Forrest Lasso’s 63rd minute goal to top Saint Louis FC.
