Notes:
FC Tampa Bay and FC Edmonton meet for the final time this season. The series is tied at 1-1-1 following FC Tampa Bay’s 2-1 comeback victory at Foote Field on July 17. At the time, the win extended FC Tampa Bay's unbeaten streak to a season-high four games and snapped FC Edmonton's five-match unbeaten streak with the victory.

The two teams played to a 1-1 tie in their first matchup of the year on May 11 at Al Lang Stadium. FC Edmonton routed FC Tampa Bay 4-0 in the second game of the series on May 31 on its home field.
 
FC Tampa Bay saw its four-match unbeaten streak halted last Saturday night when it lost 2-1 at Atlanta. Forward Aaron King scored a goal for the fourth consecutive match, but FC Tampa Bay could not overcome two first half goals by the Silverbacks.
 
FC Edmonton, which stands in a tie for third place in the NASL standings, is still looking for its first win in the month of July. FC Edmonton has two losses and two ties thus far following its 4-1 setback at Carolina last Saturday night. Its last victory was on June 26 at home against Montreal.

FC Edmonton has been led by Kyle Porter and Shaun Saiko, who share the team lead with six goals each this season.
