2011 Series (W-T-L):
FC Tampa Bay and FC Edmonton are facing each other for the second time this season. The two squads played to a 1-1 tie on May 11 in St. Petersburg. FCTB midfielder Chad Burt scored in the 51st minute from Pascal Millien for a 1-0 lead. But FC Edmonton midfielder Chris Kooy scored in second half stoppage time to force the draw.

What’s at Stake:
Both teams enter the game on three-match unbeaten streaks, with FCTB posting two ties and a win, and FC Edmonton owning two wins and a tie in its last three games.

Notes:
FC Tampa Bay has been outshot by its opponent five times in its first eight matches this season, yet it is undefeated in those games with two victories and three ties.

FCTB ranks first in the NASL with four shutouts this season and also ranks best in the league with just seven goals allowed in 2011. FC Tampa Bay now has four shutouts in eight games this season, equaling its season total of four in 30 matches last season.

FC Edmonton ended NSC Minnesota’s four-match unbeaten streak last Monday night with a 2-1 victory at Foote Field for its first win in two league contests at home this season.
