FCTB went 1-3-0 (W-T-L) against Ft. Lauderdale (formerly Miami FC) last season.

What’s at Stake:
FC Tampa Bay takes on the Fort Lauderdale Strikers this Saturday in their first meeting of the season. Last year FC Tampa Bay faced Ft. Lauderdale (formerly Miami FC) four times. The first two matches were 1-1 draws on May 1st and July 4th. FCTB posted a 2-0 shutout in their third head-to-head matchup on July 25th and the clubs played to a 3-3 decision in the last meeting of the season on August 14th.

Notes:
FC Tampa Bay played to a 1-1 draw with FC Edmonton Wednesday night in the last of three straight home matches at Al Lang Stadium.

The Strikers saw their four-match unbeaten streak halted Wednesday night in Cary as they lost 4-2 to the Carolina RailHawks.
