The Tampa Bay Rowdies were crowned champions of the 2012 NASL Soccer Bowl on Saturday, October 27 at Al Lang Stadium, capping off an incredible season. Throughout the offseason, we will bring you interviews with some of the players from the 2012 squad as they look back on the championship season.
Our third interview is with Rowdies Head Coach Ricky Hill, who has been at the helm for both the 2011 and 2012 season. Under his coaching, the Rowdies reached the playoffs in both years, winning the 2012 NASL Soccer Bowl this past season. Tampa Bay has recieved the FIFA Fair Play Award for the second straight season, while Hill has been named the 2012 NASL Coach of the Year due to his prolific performance where he led the Rowdies to the championship.
