The Tampa Bay Rowdies today announced that they have signed defender Thurstan Johnson.
The 22-year old Johnson (6-0, 175) is a local product from St. Petersburg and played collegiately at Saint Leo. Johnson joined the team as a trialist this preseason and saw action in three matches during the 2012 Rowdies Rush Preseason Tour.
