The Tampa Bay Rowdies travel to Atlanta for their first meeting of the season with the Silverbacks. Tampa Bay came from behind on Wednesday to tie Carolina 1-1 and remain unbeaten at home at Al Lang Stadium this season. Atlanta has tied each of its first two matches, including a wild 4-4 draw against the RailHawks last Saturday night in Cary.

Tampa Bay posted a 2-1-1 mark (W-T-L) against the Silverbacks last season, including a 4-0 victory in the final meeting of 2011 on August 6 at Atlanta.

Tampa Bay posted a 4-0 blanking over the Silverbacks in Atlanta. Midfielder Keith Savage was named NASL Offensive Player of the Week after scoring his first two goals of the year. Forward Mike Ambersley added a goal and two assists, and forward Matt Clare scored his first NASL goal.

Last Time Out
The Rowdies played to a 1-1 draw against the Carolina Railhawks at Al Lang Stadium on Wednesday night. Carolina opened the scoring in the 67th minute when forward Brian Shriver volleyed the ball into the top right corner of the net after a feed from midfielder Mike Palacio. The Rowdies equalizer came quickly, as forward Tsuyoshi Yoshitake scored from inside the six-yard box on a one-time volley for his first of the year after a perfect pass on a header from second half substitute Daniel Antoniuk in the 70th minute.
